§1 Scope of the fold
These Fold Terms of Trade govern access to ELVORA COLLECTION and every purchase of HSN 1209 sowing seeds including vegetable, flower, herb, spice, forage, and fruit-seed packets for planting. Entering the storefront, opening a grower folio, or completing a Parcel Deed constitutes acceptance of this ledger.

§3 Catalogue entries
Packets are charted as sowing-grade stock. Photography shows typical labelling; germination, colour, and harvest timing may vary by season and lot.
- Prices appear in Indian Rupees (₹) for the pack size shown.
- Seasonal aisles may thin during off-peak windows.
- Declared weights and counts follow ordinary market tolerances for sowing seed.
§4 Folio eligibility
Checkout requires an email-verified folio. Purchasers must be eighteen years or older, or complete the deed through a parent or guardian.
§5 Deed and settlement
- An order stands confirmed once prepaid payment clears or COD is accepted on screen.
- Accepted methods include UPI, cards, net banking, and COD where serviceable.
- Any COD surcharge is shown before the deed is affixed.
§6 Living stock notice
Sowing seeds are living material. Viability depends on storage, method, and climate. We ship in moisture-barrier foil but do not guarantee identical germination for every garden.
§7 Governing law
These terms follow the laws of India. Disputes are subject to courts near our registered Mumbai address.
