Cancellation requests can be raised before dispatch from Track & Support.

§1 Before dispatch

Request cancellation or address amendment via Way Beacon before courier handoff. Prepaid amounts refund within 5–7 business days once confirmed.

§2 After dispatch

Once a parcel leaves the fold, cancellation is not available. Refer to Packet Redress for delivery issues.

§3 Partial amendments

Individual lines cannot be removed from a confirmed deed. Cancel the whole order before dispatch and place a revised order.
