Returns or exchanges may be reviewed for eligible seed orders where the wrong packet is delivered, shipment is lost, or stock arrives damaged.

§1 Standard of seal

ELVORA COLLECTION selects packets for labelling integrity and moisture-safe sealing. Claims are reviewed under the entries below.

§2 Eligible redress

• Wrong variety or pack size versus the confirmation.
• Shipment lost or undelivered beyond the stated window.
• Torn, crushed, or compromised packets — report within 24 hours with photographs.

§3 Outside the accord

• Germination after sowing when packets arrived intact and within labelled guidance.
• Preference-based returns.
• Failed delivery attempts where the recipient was unavailable.

§4 How to file

Write or use Way Beacon within 24 hours of delivery. Include order number, description, and clear photographs.

§5 Resolution

Approved claims may receive replacement, store credit, or refund to the original method within 7–10 business days.
